Welcome aboard De Bereboot Daycare, located at Smitsweg 40 in the green heart of Soest. For more than 30 years we have been providing small-scale childcare in a familiar and safe environment where children aged 0 to 4 can develop thanks to the group, our pedagogical staff, the spaces and the development-oriented offer. Our location has 32 childcare places divided into three age groups: the baby group (0-1.5 years), the toddler group (1.5-2.5 years) and the preschool group (2.5-4 years). Each child follows their own rhythm. In the baby group we adapt to your baby's sleep and feeding schedule. Those who are tired sleep peacefully in a quiet sleeping area, others play indoors in one of the play corners or outdoors in our nature garden. In between we give bottles and later a sandwich or fruit. We fill the day with cuddling and activities that match your child's development. In the preschool group we work with a pleasant daily rhythm. In the morning we prepare the fruit together and read aloud or sing a song. Then each child chooses an activity: playing in the group, in the large play corridor or going outside. At 11:30 AM we sit at the table for a fresh, hot meal. After lunch there is time for a game, reading a book or taking a nap. In the afternoon you spread your own sandwich with healthy toppings and we cut vegetables. Then we go outside: to the park or the petting zoo. We end the day with a short conversation and a report. Our outdoor space is an eye-catcher. We have our own nature garden with a sandbox, slide, barefoot path and a tree trunk course. Children can cycle, play and discover nature here. In the summer months we offer outdoor sleeping in special outdoor beds while enjoying the fresh outdoor air. Pedagogically, we work from the conviction that every child is unique and has their own pace. We offer a wide range of activities: crafts, singing, reading aloud, gardening and nature experience. We regularly go on excursions to the petting zoo or the park. Our experienced and qualified pedagogical staff are ready to give your child a wonderful time and together with you explore the sea of possibilities.
