Kindercentrum Wollewaps

Welcome to Kindercentrum Wollewaps at Akkersplein 56A in Heerenveen. Our focus is on heart for children, friendliness and flexibility. Wollewaps is a cozy and warm place where children aged 0 to 4 can develop playfully and safely. Our daycare groups are open Monday through Friday from 06:30 to 18:00. We work with horizontal groups: two baby-toddler groups for children aged 0 to 2 and two toddler groups for children aged 2 to 4. This setup ensures children can play and learn with peers of the same age. We also offer swap days, allowing parents flexibility to adapt to changing childcare needs. For toddlers aged 2 to 4, we offer a VVE-certified toddler program. By combining ages, younger children learn a lot from older ones. We use themes to teach toddlers various skills needed for school preparation. Play and challenge are important components of this program. Together with our team of diverse and well-trained pedagogical staff, we do everything to create a place where every child can develop and flourish as best as possible and above all feel safe. We aim to create a homely and cozy environment with our room design and actions, where children enjoy staying and where parents can entrust their child with peace of mind.
