Kindercentrum Waterwiebels

BSO Waterwiebels is located in the same welcoming building at Brasem 34 in the De Kooistee district of Hellevoetsluis that also houses our daycare and preschool. For children aged 4 and older attending primary school, this is the place to spend after-school hours safely, enjoyably and with plenty of challenges. We organise our after-school care into two clear age groups: a 4+ group and a 7+ group. This structure ensures that activities, play materials and guidance are perfectly suited to your child’s stage of development. The BSO has several rooms, allowing children to choose where they want to play, relax or be creative. Our large, spacious kitchen is regularly used for cooking and baking activities—something children always look forward to. Surrounding the building are multiple outdoor play areas. These gardens offer plenty of space to run, climb, play football or simply enjoy the fresh air. We believe it is important for children to be active every day and to discover the natural world around them. The BSO is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The first half-hour (7:00–7:30 a.m.) and the last half-hour (6:00–6:30 p.m.) are optional, so you can choose the care times that best suit your family. We pick up children from various primary schools in the area. If your school is on our list, you are more than welcome at BSO Waterwiebels. Our team of pedagogical staff is ready every day to provide children with a safe and stimulating environment. We work according to the vision of De Kinderkoepel: at our centre, children have space to play, discover, develop, relax and meet one another. Together we make it a place where children love to come.
