Kindercentrum Overhoven

Kindercentrum Overhoven is a professional, small-scale childcare centre located in a quiet area of Sittard-Geleen. We provide day-care for children aged 0 to 4 years in one stable, mixed-age group with a maximum of 10 places. Our core values are safety, security, warmth and a homely atmosphere. Our youngest guests receive loving attention from familiar carers every day. We follow a fixed morning routine that includes toddler yoga for children who can already walk. These yoga sessions are not only great fun but also stimulate fine and gross motor skills and help children stay centred. In addition, we sing songs daily to support language and musical development; for the very youngest we use a specially developed music-yoga CD. Our spacious garden offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor play and learning. We have outdoor sleeping cots from LutjePotje so children can nap outside all year round and build up strong resistance. As soon as a baby is ready for solids, we prepare fresh, healthy hot meals on site. Close cooperation with parents and carers is essential to us.
