Welcome to Kindercentrum Moeders Schoot B.V. located at Dr. H. Colijnstraat 252 in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. We provide small-scale daycare for children from 3 months to 4 years old in a homely and safe environment. Our location has a capacity of 34 childcare places and works with horizontal groups, where babies, toddlers and preschoolers are cared for in age-specific groups. Our pedagogical policy is based on the four goals of Professor Riksen-Walraven: physical and emotional safety, personal competencies, social competencies and transmission of values and norms. We offer preschool education (VVE) from 2.5 years and pay special attention to Dutch language development. Our experienced pedagogical staff speak Dutch, Turkish and English and create a warm, multicultural atmosphere where every child feels welcome. For the youngest ones we provide diapers, bottle feeding and care products. We also serve warm meals, fruit and snacks, taking into account special dietary needs such as vegetarian or halal. Children sleep in separate sleeping areas and there is a safe outdoor playground. We work with a fixed daily routine that allows for rest, play and development. Parents can choose between half or full days of care. At Kindercentrum Moeders Schoot, your child and family are our priority. We have an active parent committee and regularly organize parent evenings. Together we create a wonderful place where your child can grow and flourish.
