Kindercentrum Kids & Joy

Welcome to Kindercentrum Kids & Joy in Slagharen. Since 2008 we have offered home-style childcare at Vergouwlaan 6 in a semi-detached house. Our daycare is designed for families who need at least three days of care per week and therefore look for a true second home for their children. We focus on small, stable groups. Because children attend at least three days a week and our pedagogical staff work at least three days a week as well, everyone knows each other well. It feels like one big family: familiar, safe and personal. We care for a maximum of three children at a time, ensuring every child receives the attention they deserve. Our vision is simple: the child comes first. We follow the child’s lead, observing what the child can already do and what they are ready for next. Play is the most important way of learning; through play children discover, experience and develop. We provide a safe environment where children can express themselves freely and practise independence. Every day starts with a hug on arrival, a laugh at a joke and, when needed, a comforting hand in times of sadness. We explore together and literally watch the children grow and shine. Kindercentrum Kids & Joy is a registered daycare centre for children aged 0 to 4 years. We are located at Vergouwlaan 6, 7776 BA Slagharen and are open every day except Wednesday.
