Kindercentrum Kakelbont

Kinderdagverblijf Kakelbont is part of Stichting Humankind and provides childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years. We are located at Wolga 2 in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel. Our experienced pedagogical staff offer professional childcare with generous opening hours from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday. At Kakelbont, we believe it's important that children can enjoy being outdoors, movement, and challenging activities every day. We provide a safe environment where children can be themselves and develop through play. Our location features its own outdoor playground where children can go outside daily. We work with age groups (horizontal groups) to optimally support children's development. For the youngest children, we have separate sleeping areas and provide bottle feeding. We support breastfeeding and parents can bring expressed milk. As a parent, you can arrange fixed childcare days with us. We understand that flexibility can be important and are happy to think along about solutions. For children who are almost 4 years old and cannot immediately start school, we can often provide a bridging period at the daycare. Kinderdagverblijf Kakelbont is officially registered with the municipality and meets all legal requirements. We work according to Humankind's quality standards and stand for professional, safe, and loving childcare.
