Welcome to Kindercentrum Het Groenehuis, located at Annaboulevard 4 in Uden, right next to the De Maashorst nature reserve and close to Bernhoven hospital. We are a daycare center where children aged 0 to 4 years move, play and discover together in a green, healthy environment. Our pedagogical approach is based on the Reggio Emilia philosophy, where we see the child as competent and capable. Nature, outdoor play, movement and creativity form the main pillars of our daily activities. We believe children learn through exploration and experience, which is why we provide ample space for natural discovery in our own garden and surroundings. We work with six groups, each with its own name: the flower garden, the bird garden, the butterfly garden, the animal garden, the frog pond and the duck pond. For the youngest ones we have baby groups (0-1 years), while toddlers and preschoolers (1-4 years) come together in vertical groups. Each group has dedicated, familiar childcare workers who take on the role of mentor. This provides emotional security and a warm, familiar environment in which your child can develop optimally. Our location is specially designed to challenge and stimulate children. With direct access to the De Maashorst nature reserve, we can regularly go on discovery trips in nature. We believe it's important for children to grow up healthy, with movement and outdoor play taking center stage. Our experienced staff guide the children with great care and attention, focusing on the development of each individual child.
