Kindercentrum Drakenfort

Peutergroep Drakenfort is a cozy and homely toddler group of KION in Malden. We provide care for toddlers aged 2 to 4 years in a safe and familiar environment. Our pedagogical staff ensure that your child learns to play and share together, develops in various areas, and gets used to a school rhythm. We have a large play area with play equipment and a stage where children can play to their heart's content. Our toys are tailored to the different ages of the toddlers. We pay extra attention to movement: children play outside a lot in our own garden, regularly use the interactive movement floor from Springlab, and use the play hall. This way, toddlers can always release their energy, rain or shine. At peutergroep Drakenfort, we work together with primary school De Komeet. This allows toddlers to gradually become familiar with the primary school, ensuring a warm transfer. We offer Pre-school Education (VE), where we let children learn and develop through play. Our activities are challenging and playful, tailored to the level and interests of each child. We focus on social skills, language, motor skills, and arithmetic to properly prepare children for primary school. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:30.
