Kindercentrum De Boerderij

Kindercentrum De Boerderij is a small-scale daycare located on a working dairy farm in Oeffelt. We care for a maximum of 16 children aged 10 weeks to 4 years in one vertical group. Our home sits on the grounds of the Lamers family’s cattle farm, so children experience real farm life every day: petting calves, feeding chickens, and visiting the cows in the barn together with us. Everything we do is built on calm, routine, and a warm, homely atmosphere. We believe every child should feel safe and seen. That is why we work with consistent, qualified staff who know every parent personally and keep communication direct and open. Children have plenty of room for free play with natural toys and are encouraged by activities we offer individually, in small groups, or with the whole group—think exploring nature together, crafts, dancing, singing, and, of course, a daily breath of fresh air on a walk around the farm. We share meals: fruit in the morning, a bread-based lunch, and vegetables such as cucumber, tomato, or bell pepper after naptime. For the youngest ones we provide bottle feeding that follows the home routine. A separate sleep room with individual beds lets children rest so they can wake up refreshed and ready to play again.
