Welcome to Kindercentrum Champion at Saffraanplein 32 in Almere Stad. We are a small-scale daycare centre caring for a maximum of 10 children per day, allowing us to give every baby and toddler the personal attention they deserve. Our homely premises combine a safe indoor space with a spacious garden full of outdoor play opportunities. Everything we do revolves around a structured, challenging and stimulating environment. We work with horizontal groups: the youngest children (0-2 years) play and sleep separately from the toddlers (2-4 years). Each group has at least two regular childcare professionals, so there is always a familiar face on hand. The children sleep in separate bedrooms with cots and beds; those who enjoy it can also take a nap outside in the fresh air in our prams. We serve a warm, healthy meal daily at around 11:30 am and provide fresh fruit and drinks in between. For children with a food allergy we adjust the menu in consultation with parents. Nappies, wipes and formula can be brought from home; we provide a quiet place for feeding and changing. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 19:00. Half-days are possible and we offer a pick-up and drop-off service to and from home on request. Would you like a tour or an informal introduction?
