Bzzzonder Corlaer

Bzzzonder Corlaer is located at Van Siburgstraat 18 in Nijkerk and is part of the Bzzzonder foundation. At this location we provide after-school care (BSO) for children aged 4 to 12. We pick the children up from primary schools in the neighbourhood and offer them a safe, homely place to spend the afternoon. Our BSO has a natural, spacious garden where children can play and explore freely. We work both horizontally and vertically, so children of different ages can play together and also spend time with peers. We believe every child is special and give room to their own talents and interests. That is why we offer activities where children can choose what appeals to them: from outdoor romping and nature exploration to quiet crafts or games. Inclusion is central at Bzzzonder. Children with additional support needs are also very welcome. Whenever possible, we provide that support within the regular group, so that all children learn from each other and can participate together. Our pedagogical staff are trained to give every child the attention and care they need. We work closely with the schools in the area and align our care with school hours. After school, the children first get something to drink and a healthy snack, then there is plenty of room to play, relax or take part in the activities we offer. We are proud that children quickly feel at home with us and come back with pleasure.
