Kindercentrum Avonturijn

Welcome to Kindercentrum Avonturijn in Ruurlo, located in the heart of the Kulturhus at Nieuwe Weg 5-01. Since 1990, we have been providing daycare for children aged 0 to 4 in a familiar, safe environment where fun, development and adventure are central. Our close-knit team of permanent pedagogical staff – some of whom have been with us since the very beginning – is ready every day to explore with your child. We work with five horizontal age groups: Water, Earth, Air, Fire and Rock. Each group has its own atmosphere and layout tailored to the children's developmental stage. For the little ones, we have a quiet sensory room where babies can relax. Toddlers can let off steam in the large play hall or the spacious outdoor playgrounds. We have two outdoor play areas with, among other things, a trampoline and a water pump, where children can play with sand, water and mud. Getting dirty is allowed! Our activities focus on your child's development. We regularly make music, do creative crafts and go on fun outings. For example, we visit nursing home 'De Bundeling' to sing and play with seniors, and we go to the Kabouterbos. We use the Early Childhood Education (VVE) program to prepare children for primary school in a playful way. There is also plenty of room for sports and games in the large hall of the Kulturhus. We believe it is important that children feel safe and secure. That is why we work with a fixed daily structure, with rest and regularity at its core. We offer both full and half days of care, from 07:30 to 18:00. Extended care until 18:30 is also possible. Parents can easily request extra care or swap days via our digital parent portal Konnect.
