At daycare Het Groeipaleis in Amsterdam Osdorp, we provide warm, loving childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years. Located in the heart of a residential area, your child can safely and confidently explore the world, take their first steps towards independence, and make their first friends. With a consistent daily routine, healthy meals, and plenty of play, we lay a solid foundation for a great start. Our daycare is all about learning through play. By playing and discovering for themselves, your child learns in a natural way. We respond to this with activities that match your child's developmental stage and challenging play materials. We work with the Pre- and Early School Education (VVE) program Startblokken, which we tailor to your child's age and interests. In our learning program, playing, discovering, and moving are central. There is a strong focus on language development, math, reading aloud, drawing, listening, singing, and movement – both indoors and outdoors. We have 5 groups, divided into 0-2 years, 2-4 years, and 0-4 years. Our pedagogical staff guide the children with great care and attention. We communicate during drop-off and pick-up times and through the Parent App. The Parent App sends weekly photos, provided permission has been given. This way, you stay informed about the beautiful moments at daycare. Our rates include diapers, (warm) meals, healthy snacks, and drinks. If your child follows a special diet, we ask you to bring the necessary food. We are open Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, excluding public holidays.
