Kinddomein De Zeppelin

Welcome aboard Kinddomein De Zeppelin! We provide after-school care (BSO) for children aged 4 to 12 in the Zuidwijk-Huygenhoek district of Heerhugowaard. Our BSO is located on the same premises as primary school De Zeppelin, allowing children to come to us safely straight after school. A clear structure and a pedagogical climate that ‘stands like a house’ are central to our approach. Our core values – safe, respectful, connected, quality, involved and responsible – are tangibly present in everything we do. Our pedagogical professionals dedicate themselves every day with passion and pleasure to the children. We believe that emotional safety is the basis for learning. Our activity programme is varied and tailored to the world of primary-school children. We offer sports activities on our large, fenced playground and use the school gym when the weather is poor. Creative activities such as crafts and drawing are on the schedule, as well as nature and outdoor experiences. We regularly organise small excursions in the local area. We also help children with their homework when needed. We work closely with De Zeppelin primary school and the playgroup. Most of the children at our BSO come from St. Maartensschool. We ensure a smooth handover and a continuous developmental line. Our BSO is open during school weeks from 14:15 to 18:00. We also provide before-school care (VSO) from 07:00, so parents can drop their child off calmly before the school day begins. We cordially invite you to come and see us. Will you fly with us?
