Kindcentrum Zuiderzee

Welcome to KDV Zuiderzee, part of Kindcentrum Zuiderzee located at Middelgronden 17 in Lelystad. We provide daycare for children aged 0 to 4 in a bright, spacious building that also houses primary schools Ichthus and De Vuurtoren. Around the building there is plenty of play space and for the youngest children we have a safe, enclosed outdoor area. We work in a development-oriented way: our activities are tailored to the exact age and developmental stage of your child. Our qualified staff closely follow each child and adapt play, rest and meals accordingly. We use the Konnect app so that you receive photos, reports and news on your smartphone and stay informed about your child’s day. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. For parents who need slightly earlier or later care, extended care from 7:00 AM or until 6:30 PM is available. You can choose either full or half days. KDV Zuiderzee collaborates intensively with the primary schools in the same building. In partnership with OBS De Vuurtoren we also offer a transition group for children aged 3.5 to 4.5 years. This group meets two mornings a week and is led by a teacher and a childcare professional to prepare children even better for primary school. In short: KDV Zuiderzee is a trusted, small-scale location in a multicultural neighbourhood, centrally situated and close to the covered shopping centre Lelycentre. We care for the very youngest with pleasure and expertise.
