Plateau bso Valkenhorst

Plateau bso Valkenhorst is part of Kindcentrum Valkenhorst in Assen-Oost. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 who are in primary school. Our child center combines public education and childcare under one roof, with safety, responsibility, and trust as our core values. The BSO is located in the same building as the primary school, allowing children to use our care services immediately after school. We provide care on Wednesday afternoons and Friday afternoons, where our pedagogical staff ensure a warm and safe environment. Children can relax after a school day and have the space to play, discover, and develop. As part of Plateau Kinderopvang, we operate according to the Childcare Innovation and Quality Act (Wet IKK). Our pedagogical staff meet all quality requirements and our spaces are designed according to legal standards. We aim to prepare children for their further development through play. Parents arrange their own registration and make their own agreements with us regarding care. The costs of after-school care are the responsibility of the parents, with a portion being reclaimable through the Tax Authorities.
