Kindcentrum Toverberg

Welcome to Kindcentrum Toverberg, located at Toverberg 4 in the heart of Zoetermeer. We provide daycare (KDV) for children aged 0 to 4 years in a modern, bright and inviting building. Our daycare is part of Junis and works closely with primary school De Toverberg and Meerpunt under one shared pedagogical vision, creating a seamless developmental path from baby to toddler. Our three horizontal baby and toddler groups are equipped with carefully selected materials and play corners that match the world of young children. In the spacious, light-filled rooms children can safely crawl, climb and explore. Fixed window benches invite shared reading moments, while climbing frames stimulate gross motor skills. Our qualified pedagogical staff closely follow each child’s development and tailor activities to individual needs. Outside we have our own fully enclosed garden with soft surfacing, shaded spots and challenging play equipment. Here children can romp, build sandcastles or quietly observe under supervision. In fine weather we spend lots of time outdoors; naps take place inside in separate, quiet bedrooms with cribs and toddler beds. We follow VVE programmes (Pre- and Early-School Education) that stimulate language, numeracy and social-emotional development in playful ways. Creative activities such as crafting with materials from our craft cupboard and reading aloud in the home corner are part of the weekly rhythm. Age-appropriate sports activities are also offered in our gym or on the playground. Care is in trusted hands: bottle feeding, fruit and bread meals are provided and we accommodate food allergies or dietary requirements. Parents receive insight into daily schedules, photos and their child’s development through a parent portal.
