Kindcentrum Theresia Zeelsterstraat

Welcome to Kindcentrum Theresia Zeelsterstraat, a place where children aged 4 to 12 can feel safe, welcomed and challenged after school. Our child centre is located in a characteristic building in the Strijp district, in the neighbourhood of ’t Ven. We work closely with Korein, the childcare organisation responsible for our after-school care (BSO). This means parents have a single point of contact for both education and childcare, and children move directly into a familiar environment after school. Our BSO is open 52 weeks a year, except on official public holidays. On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday we start at 14:30 and close at 18:30. On Wednesday, the short school day, we already start at 12:30. For parents who start earlier, we offer before-school care from 07:30. During school holidays we are open all day from 07:30 to 18:30, so children always have a place to go. We believe it is important that every child can be themselves and develop their own talents. That is why we offer a broad and varied range of activities, tailored to the interests and needs of the children. Our pedagogical staff guide the children in play, creative activities, sports and relaxation. We use both our spacious indoor location and the immediate surroundings of Strijp for outdoor activities. Communication with parents runs through the KC Theresia App. Here you can report your child sick, request leave and stay informed of all activities and developments. We value parental involvement and regularly invite you for conversations about your child's development. Our staff are always open to questions or a personal conversation.
