Kindcentrum Teresia

Kindcentrum Teresia is a unique location where education and childcare seamlessly come together. Located in the renovated school building at Wilhelminastraat 6 in Waalwijk, we as Mikz childcare in collaboration with RK Basisschool Teresia offer a complete child center experience. Our BSO (After-School Care) is specifically designed for children aged 4 to 12 years who are in primary school. We provide care before, during and after school hours, where children can use the same familiar environment where they receive their daytime education. This integration ensures a smooth transition between school and childcare, where children feel safe and familiar in their own school building. As part of Kindcentrum Teresia, we work intensively with the primary school to create a continuous learning and development line. Our pedagogical staff coordinate with the teachers of Teresiaschool to optimally support the development of each child. We provide care during school weeks, study days and school holidays, allowing parents to flexibly respond to their work situation. The location has all the facilities children need for relaxation, play and development after school. We create a warm and challenging environment where children can express themselves, while simultaneously learning to cooperate and develop social skills.
