Kindcentrum Schoonderloo BSO

Kindcentrum Schoonderloo BSO is located in a beautiful spot in historic Delfshaven, in a characteristic building at Coolhavenstraat 42 in Rotterdam. Our after-school care is specifically for children aged 4 to 8 attending Harbour Bilingual primary school, located just across the street. Our pedagogical staff pick up the children directly after school, ensuring a safe and familiar transition to our location. Our spaces are bright, warm and inviting. We have a sheltered inner garden, schoolyards and a football cage where children can let off steam. We also regularly visit the lovely neighbourhood garden 'Schat van Schoonderloo', just a few minutes' walk away. This green environment offers plenty of space for discovery, play and nature experience. We believe in learning through play. Our activities are both fun and educational. Think sports and games, drama, yoga, technology, music and creative workshops. These activities take place both inside and outside our location, organised by our own pedagogical staff and external specialists. We also collaborate with BSO Coolhaven, which provides care for children aged 8 to 12 within the school itself. This allows children to smoothly transition to the next phase after their time with us. During school holidays, there's plenty to do too. We offer BSO Holiday Land: a themed programme full of challenging activities. From sports tournaments to creative projects and nature excursions – boredom is not an option. We are known for our personal approach and commitment to both child and parent. Together with parents, we form a close-knit team around the child.
