Kindcentrum Rembrandt

Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf Rembrandt, located on the ground floor of Kindcentrum Rembrandt at Mozartlaan 65 in the heart of Akersloot. We provide care for up to 15 children aged 0-4 in a single vertical group. Our doors are open from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and even one half-day per week is possible. Our spaces are fully tailored to babies and toddlers alike. In the sensory corner, infants can drift off peacefully, while toddlers explore the art studio or children’s kitchen. We work with themes that connect to the children’s world—think “animals in the garden,” “colors and shapes,” or “me and my family.” Every activity—from BookStart reading sessions to outings to the playground—is carefully matched to age and interest. Outdoors is just as delightful. Our large green discovery garden borders the daycare and is safely separated from the schoolyard. There is a soft baby garden with shade sails and a challenging play hill for older toddlers. We go outside almost every day; rain suits are ready. Kinderdagverblijf Rembrandt is part of Kindcentrum Rembrandt, where education, care, and support come together under one roof. We work closely with Rembrandt School and use their established Early Childhood Education program, so your child playfully becomes acquainted with language, math, and social skills. Our pedagogical staff are trained to closely monitor development and actively involve parents.
