Kindcentrum Mio Mondo kinderdagverblijf

Our day-care centre Mio Mondo is a cosy, welcoming and atmospheric location with a round central hall that connects all groups. Everything we do revolves around the child’s world: a safe, protective environment that is spacious and interesting, offering every opportunity for children to develop their talents. We provide care for children aged 0 to 4 in five groups: four horizontal groups (two baby groups 0-2 years and two toddler groups 2-4 years) and one vertical group (0-4 years together). Each day follows a predictable routine that creates calm and trust. We start the morning together at the table with singing, reading aloud and talking about the day ahead. After that, children have time for free play and development-focused activities, both indoors and in our beautiful natural garden. The garden is equipped with sand, wood, plants, vegetable patches and other natural materials where children can explore and be active. At lunchtime we eat together; the older children help set and clear the table. In the afternoon the youngest children nap while the older ones rest. We work closely with the Montessori school in the same building, offering a continuous line from 0 to 12 years. Our pedagogical staff closely monitor each child’s development and tailor activities to individual needs. Parents receive photos and daily reports through our parent app, where our pedagogical approach and safety protocols are also available.
