Welcome to Plateau kdv Kloosterveen, located at De Boomgaard 5 in Assen’s Kloosterveen district. Part of the Plateau Integral Child Centres foundation, we provide day-care for children aged 0–4 in two baby-toddler groups. Our professional staff work in vertically grouped rooms, allowing children of different ages to meet and learn from each other. Our daily rhythm centres on calm, structure and space to explore. The day begins with a cuddle moment, followed by play tailored to each child’s developmental stage. We offer creative activities such as painting and crafts, read aloud sessions in our cosy book corner, and daily outdoor play in our secure garden or short neighbourhood walks. Fresh fruit and bread meals are served, and every child can rest in our separate sleeping room with individual cots. We supply nappies, wipes and sunscreen; parents only need to bring spare clothes. Full-day or half-day (morning or afternoon) sessions are available. Early-years education programmes are woven into daily activities, gently preparing your child for primary school.
