Kindcentrum Groenoord

Kindcentrum Groenoord is a modern daycare center uniquely located at Willem de Zwijgerlaan 57 in Waddinxveen. As part of Quadrant Kindercentra, we provide care for up to 56 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our facility is fully equipped and features a natural playground adjacent to the group areas. We operate with horizontal groups where children are grouped by age. The daily schedule is carefully structured around the needs of young children. We begin the day calmly with drop-off and parent communication. Then we go outside when weather permits, or play indoors in the gym or group areas. At 10:00 AM we enjoy various fruits together. The youngest children go to bed and have their fruit earlier. Every six weeks we introduce a new theme through which we offer activities ranging from movement to crafts and experiences. We eat sandwiches with self-chosen healthy toppings at the table, following our responsible nutrition policy. In the afternoon, most children (with clean diapers) go to bed. Children who are awake play in the hallway or gym, read books, or engage in other activities with the pedagogical staff. After nap time, we have a small snack together and then go outside or to the gym for movement and discovery. Around 5:00 PM, children receive a small healthy snack before being picked up with big smiles. Our pedagogical staff are all well-trained and passionate, always putting the child's interests first. We offer a diverse, challenging activity program with high-quality play materials and carefully designed indoor and outdoor spaces.
