Kindcentrum De Vlinderakker

Welcome to BSO De Vlinderakker, part of Kindcentrum De Vlinderakker located in the heart of Biest-Houtakker. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13 years in a familiar, small-scale environment. Our BSO is housed in the same building as the primary school, allowing children to transition directly to a safe and recognizable place after school hours. Our after-school care is designed to give children space to relax, play and further develop after an intensive school day. We work from a clear pedagogical vision where the four core values of safety, collaboration, responsibility and development are central. These values form the basis for all our activities and interactions. BSO De Vlinderakker offers care on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 14:45 to 17:45. For a small additional fee, care until 18:30 is possible. During school holidays and study days, care is also available, with parents able to indicate in advance if their child wishes to use this service. All activities take place within the school building, keeping children in a familiar environment. We work closely with the primary school and other forms of care within Kindcentrum De Vlinderakker. This ensures a continuous developmental line and a familiar environment for children from 0 to 13 years. Our pedagogical professionals are ready to guide children in their development and provide them with a pleasant time after school.
