Welcome to the daycare section of Kindcentrum de Regenboog, located at Weesmolenstraat 10 in Ooltgensplaat. Our facility is part of the Integral Child Centre operated by Kibeo, providing childcare for children aged 0 to 4 in a homely, secure setting where play and development go hand in hand. Everything we do centres on the small steps children take. Our qualified pedagogical staff guide the youngest as they learn to crawl on soft rugs, and stimulate toddlers through the Peuterstart programme so they are well prepared for primary school. We run horizontal groups: babies and toddlers each have their own rooms, tailored precisely to their developmental stage. The baby room offers calm, warmth and trust, while the toddler area is more challenging, with corners for role play, construction, crafts and discovery. Our garden invites adventure. Children can romp on the challenging playground, build sandcastles or explore what nature has to offer together. Indoors we sing songs, read picture books and give children every opportunity to be creative with paint, clay and other materials. All activities focus on language development, motor skills and social abilities. We believe it is important for parents to stay involved. Through the Mijn Kibeo app you receive daily photos and reports so you never miss a moment of your child’s development. We work closely with De Regenboog primary school, ensuring a smooth transition from childcare to school. Meals are provided: nappies, bread meals, fruit and drinks are all included.
