Kindcentrum De Ontdekking

Kinderdagverblijf De Ontdekking is part of Kindcentrum De Ontdekking located in the Oosterheide district of Oosterhout. We provide childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely group setting where imaginative play and free play are central. Our team of experienced pedagogical staff guide the children through theme-based activities and stimulate their development in a playful manner. For outdoor play, we use the playground directly adjacent to the group. Here children can safely climb, cycle and play under supervision. We believe it is important for children to spend plenty of time outdoors and discover nature. Within De Ontdekking, we structurally collaborate with other age groups. Our daycare children regularly play together with preschool children and groups 1-2 during planned activities around our shared theme. This collaboration contributes to the children's social development and makes the transition to primary school smoother. Our daycare is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 07:00 to 18:30. On Wednesday we are closed; childcare then takes place at daycare De Kameleon in the center of Oosterhout. When there are insufficient registrations on a fixed day, children can also be cared for at De Kameleon, with parents always being informed in advance. We offer a safe and familiar environment where each child can develop at their own pace. Our pedagogical staff are ready to give your child a warm and stimulating day.
