Welcome to Kindcentrum de Meulenbeek KDV, our small-scale childcare located within De Meulebeek primary school at Watermolenstraat 3 in Oostrum. We provide professional childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years and work closely with the school: we play together outside and organize joint activities. This close collaboration ensures a smooth continuous development path from childcare to primary education. Our pedagogical vision is built on the core principles of 'observe, follow and challenge'. Our pedagogical staff consciously observe each child's uniqueness, follow their interests and needs, and challenge them to develop their talents. We create a safe, familiar environment where children are given space to discover and grow. The vertical group structure (0-4 years) stimulates social development and offers younger children the opportunity to learn from older children. As part of B.V. 't Nest Kinderopvang Venray, we guarantee high pedagogical quality. We have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since July 19, 2016 under number 119848107. Our location accommodates up to 30 children and works with pre-school education (VE), enabling us to make a valuable contribution to children's early development. We consider good coordination with parents essential and therefore invest in regular communication and parent meetings. Our outdoor space offers plenty of opportunities for natural play and discovery experiences. Children can play freely here and explore nature. We work closely with the primary school, allowing children to become familiar with the school environment and promoting a smooth transition to kindergarten.
