Kindcentrum De Kerkuil

Kindcentrum De Kerkuil is located at Lage Weide 2 in Limmen and is part of the Blosse organization. We provide after-school care (BSO) for children aged 4 to 12 in close collaboration with the primary school situated on the same site. Care takes place inside the school building, allowing children to play, relax, and develop in a familiar environment right after school. Our pedagogical approach aligns with the vision of Kindcentrum De Kerkuil: children learn together, develop their talents, and make conscious choices for themselves and their surroundings. Respect, involvement, and ownership are core values. Blosse’s qualified staff guide children through a variety of activities, offering both calm and challenge. We work with horizontal age groups so that activities match each child’s developmental stage. Before- and after-school care is available on weekdays. Before-school care starts in the school building; after-school care continues on the same familiar premises. Care is also available during study days and school holidays, giving parents flexibility. The close cooperation between school and care ensures short lines of communication and a familiar face for every child. Parents are actively involved in the care: from helping plan activities to accompanying excursions. Together we create a safe and stimulating place where children love to be.
