Kindcentrum De Halm Almkerk

Welcome to the after-school care (BSO) of Kindcentrum De Halm Almkerk, part of LEV-WN. We provide care for children aged 4 to 12 in a familiar place: inside the school building at Wethouder Raamsstraat 1 in Almkerk. Because the BSO is located at the same site as the primary school, children do not need to travel and remain in their trusted environment. Our pedagogical staff already know all the children from an early age, ensuring calm and continuity. Our BSO is open every school day from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Before school we offer early-morning care and after school we welcome the children for after-school care. Lunchtime care also takes place inside the school building, so children never have to go far from their classroom. Holidays and study days are no problem: during school holidays our BSO is open as standard from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., so parents can rely on us then too. We work from Christian values and norms. Children of parents with different church backgrounds are very welcome. Our activities are designed to let children discover, grow and have fun through play. In our spacious garden children can play outside with friends. Inside there are cosy corners for crafts, building or just relaxing. We believe it is important that every child feels safe and seen.
