Kindcentrum De Drieslag S.van der Oyeschool

Kindcentrum De Drieslag S.van der Oyeschool is a daycare centre located at Oosterdorpsstraat 16 in Hoevelaken, the Netherlands. We provide care for up to 32 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our facility is part of Stichting Christelijke Kindcentra De Drieslag, a foundation that has been offering Christian education and childcare in the Barneveld-Ede region for over a century. We use a vertical group structure, allowing children of different ages to play and learn together. This approach fosters social development and enables younger children to learn from older ones. Our qualified pedagogical staff ensure a safe and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. Pre-school education (VE) is integrated into our daily programme. We use the ‘Startblokken’ method to stimulate language, numeracy and social skills through play. All activities are tailored to the world of young children and aligned with their developmental stage. These include reading aloud, singing, crafts and outdoor play in our secure garden. As a Christian organisation, our identity underpins everything we do. We celebrate special times of the year such as Christmas and Easter in a child-friendly manner. Parents are actively involved in their child’s care and development. We value open communication and close cooperation between parents and our team. Our daycare centre is officially registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) under number 102236380, entitling parents to childcare allowance. We meet all national quality standards and are supervised by the GGD Safety and Health Region Gelderland-Midden.
