Kindcentrum De Dompelaar

Kindcentrum De Dompelaar is a branch of GOO Opvang en Onderwijs located in the heart of the North-Brabant village of Elsendorp. In our multi-purpose building at St. Janstraat 49-51 we combine toddler care and primary education under one roof. Children from the age of 2 are welcome two half-days a week to play, discover and grow in a safe, stimulating environment. Our toddler care follows a horizontal group structure. Children are placed in age-based groups so that we can offer activities that perfectly match their developmental stage. The morning starts with a fixed arrival routine, after which we alternate between language and speech development, expressive arts and social-emotional skills. Making music, looking at picture books and outdoor play on our green playground are all part of the programme. The collaboration with primary education allows us to offer a continuous learning line. Our pedagogical staff consult weekly with the teachers of groups 1 and 2, ensuring a smooth transition from toddler care to the kindergarten class. We use the parent portal to keep parents informed of their child's development and the week's activities. Our team consists of experienced pedagogical staff supported by an internal supervisor.
