Kindcentrum De Brug

Kindcentrum De Brug is located at Buurtweg 20 in the heart of Akersloot and was created through a close partnership between primary school De Brug and childcare organisation Zonnekinderen. We offer children aged 2 to 4 a warm, safe place where toddler care and education flow seamlessly together. Our aim is to create an uninterrupted development line: playing, discovering, developing, learning and relaxing form one integrated whole. Your child’s well-being is central to everything we do. We work from four pillars: well-being, development, care and responsibility. Our pedagogical staff closely follow the young children in their play and stimulate them purposefully with language, movement and creative activities. Thanks to our continuous schedule, all children stay at school during lunch; no separate afternoon care is required. Within our horizontal groups, children of the same age are together, allowing us to tailor activities perfectly to their world of experience. Our location features a spacious, green outdoor area where children can enjoy fresh air daily and explore nature. We believe parental involvement is important; you are always welcome to drop by or make an appointment with the management or internal supervisor through our administration. Together we ensure that your child enjoys coming to De Brug and returns home with a big smile.
