Kindcentrum De Berenboot

Kindcentrum De Berenboot is a homely, warm and friendly daycare centre in the heart of Aalsmeer. Our spacious, characteristic building at Schoolstraat 4 provides plenty of light and space and offers surprising discovery areas throughout the building. We provide care for children aged 0 to 4 in a familiar environment where they can play, learn and discover. Our pedagogical staff follow your child's individual rhythm. Each room features age-appropriate play corners, a home corner, construction corner and reading corner. Younger and older children play together and learn from each other. From the baby room you step directly onto the outdoor play strip, and from the toddler group you enter an enclosed outdoor play area. We have our own nature garden with a cycle track, sandpit, slide, baby outdoor equipment and a barefoot path. Children can play outside among the tree trunks and through the willow tunnel. Outdoor cribs are available for rest moments. A day at De Berenboot follows a clear rhythm. We start the morning with a fruit moment accompanied by reading or singing. Children choose their own activity, learning to make choices. We often work in small groups and cover all developmental areas. During lunch, children can indicate what they want on their bread. After rest time, we play outside or do another activity. We regularly organise joint outings, such as visits to the nursing home, music lessons and toddler gym. Our chickens roam freely in the garden, making outdoor play even more fun. We are open 52 weeks a year from 7.00 to 18.30. Our experienced team provides a safe and familiar environment where your child feels at home and can develop optimally.
