Kindcentrum De Ark

Kindcentrum De Ark in Oldemarkt provides Christian after-school care (BSO) for children aged 4 to 13. Located at Burgemeester Kuiperslaan 17 in a beautiful and welcoming environment in North-West Overijssel, we combine education and childcare under one roof, where every child can develop at their own level. Our BSO is open 52 weeks per year from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. During school weeks we start right after school ends, and during holidays we open at 7:30 AM. Our pedagogical staff create a safe and challenging environment where children learn through play. We work in units based on the child's developmental level rather than age. We believe it's important for children to learn to take responsibility and become owners of their own learning process. Our Christian identity is expressed through Bible stories, Christian songs, and celebrations around Easter and Christmas. All children are welcome, provided parents respect our identity. Communication with parents goes through Parro, keeping you informed about all activities and developments. Our extended opening hours are unique in the region and offer flexibility for working parents.
