Kindcentrum Benedictus

BSO Benedictus is part of Kindcentrum Benedictus, located at J.P. Hasebroekweg 21 in Heiloo. We provide after-school care for up to 46 children aged 4 to 13. The BSO is housed inside a modern school building in a quiet residential area and features a spacious outdoor playground perfect for sports and games. Children are placed in two base groups: Orientis 1 (ages 4-6) and Orientis 2 (ages 7-13). Each group has dedicated pedagogical staff and a personal mentor, ensuring every child feels safe and seen. On quiet days the groups may be combined; parents give consent for this via the parent portal. After school we start with a shared meal: water or lukewarm tea, fresh fruit and vegetables, crackers, rice cakes and healthy toppings. In our kitchen children can also do their own cooking or baking. Afterwards they choose from various activities: sports on the playground, creative corners, construction play or relaxation in the play hall. During holidays we organise extra excursions and themed days. Our location is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, including study days and school holidays. During holidays we operate one base group with a maximum of 22 children. When numbers are low, children may be hosted at another Blosse location, always in consultation with parents and whenever possible with a familiar staff member.
