KDV Kiekeboe

Welcome to KDV Kiekeboe, a small-scale and homely daycare centre where children aged 0 to 4 can grow in a safe and nurturing environment. We offer care in two vertical groups with a maximum of 15 children, focusing on personal attention, familiarity and a warm atmosphere. Our location at Nederveen Cappelstraat 4 in Ter Apel is spacious and includes a large garden where children can play and explore. At Kiekeboe, we use the VVE programme 'Startblokken' and the Pyramid method to support language development and early childhood education. Our qualified pedagogical staff are ready to guide your child in their development. We believe in an approach where every child is unique and allowed to grow at their own pace. For the youngest children, we have a separate baby room and baby garden, where rest and trust are central. We keep a daycare journal with information about naps, feeding and special moments of the day. Children also receive a daily warm, fresh meal prepared with healthy ingredients. We tailor our care to your child's needs and take allergies or dietary requirements into account. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm. Half-days are possible and we use fixed drop-off and pick-up times to provide structure and routine. We value good communication with parents and discuss your child's day daily.
