Welcome to Kiekeboe Kinderopvang Droomkasteel, located at Gildenveld 70 in Zeewolde. Our daycare center provides care for children aged 0 to 4 years in a safe and familiar environment. As part of Kiekeboe Kinderopvang, an organization with over 30 years of experience, we stand for professional childcare where quality is paramount. At Droomkasteel we work with horizontal groups, where children are grouped by age. We accommodate 54 children and have a very large outdoor space where children can play and explore. Our pedagogical staff use an iPad daily to create a report of the day. Through the parent portal, parents can follow at any time what their child has experienced and how they are developing. We offer pre-school education (VVE), where we stimulate children's development in the areas of language, numeracy, social-emotional and motor skills. Our teachers are trained to deliver these programs and work with a standardized observation tool to track each child's development. We have a schedule with thematic activities, where interactive reading aloud plays an important role. During reading, we combine language with images, which contributes to children's language development. For babies we provide bottle feeding and care products. We have separate sleeping areas so children can sleep peacefully when they need to. Our outdoor space offers plenty of opportunities for natural discovery activities, where children learn about the world around them through play. Kiekeboe Kinderopvang Droomkasteel operates according to national laws and regulations and regularly offers training and courses to staff to maintain quality.
