Kiekeboe Kinderopvang KDV Luchtkasteel

Kinderdagverblijf Luchtkasteel is located in the friendly Vollenhove neighbourhood in Zeist. We provide daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years and have four groups. The Sterretjes and Maantjes groups are specially designed for babies and toddlers up to about 2 years old, while the Raketten and Kometen groups are for children aged 2 to 4. This layout ensures calm and familiarity for every child, tailored to their stage of development. Our pedagogical staff create a safe, loving and familiar environment where structure and security are central. From this safe haven, every child is given space to grow into their own unique personality. We follow the four-part framework of Professor Riksen-Walraven: physical care, emotional safety, social competence and development of personal competence. Daily activities focus on language and speech development, creative expression and motor skills. We carefully observe each child and adapt our activities and guidance to their individual needs. At Luchtkasteel we use an iPad per group to keep parents involved through our parent portal, allowing them to share in their child’s experiences. We provide both bread meals and warm lunches, taking into account any allergies or dietary requirements. Bottle feeding and baby meals are naturally included for the youngest. In our spacious garden children can play and explore safely. We have separate sleeping rooms where children can rest, ensuring they have enough energy to discover the world.
