Kiekadoe

Welcome to Kiekadoe, our daycare center located in the multifunctional De Holtink complex in Nijverdal. As part of KOSMO West-Twente, we provide loving care for children aged 0 to 4 years. Our child center is conveniently located near the shopping center and adjacent to Het Blokkenpark with its playground and deer camp. Upon entering, you'll immediately experience the warm atmosphere of our central hall, where children can play to their heart's content even when weather conditions are less favorable. Our daycare groups are thoughtfully designed with various development corners following the Uk & Puk methodology. The construction corner, reading nook, and home corner provide familiar spaces where children learn through play and discovery. We organize children in horizontal age groups: Babar (0-2 years), Dip & Dap and Balou (0-4 years), Bommes (1-4 years), and Dribbel (2-4 years). This structure allows each child to develop at their own pace with activities perfectly tailored to their developmental stage. Our qualified pedagogical staff provide Early Childhood Education (VVE) through the Uk & Puk program, where we playfully work on language development, motor skills, and social abilities. Children with VVE referrals can receive additional support Monday through Thursday mornings from 8:15-12:15 AM. Outside awaits a large enclosed playground with climbing equipment, sandbox, wooden train, and swings. Our storage shed houses age-appropriate bicycles and riding toys for our youngest children. We regularly organize outings to the deer camp and adjacent play fields. Diapers, bottle feeding, healthy meals, and snacks are always included. We accommodate allergies and special dietary requirements. Our spacious sleeping rooms provide quiet spaces for well-deserved naps. At Kiekadoe, every child feels at home while playfully discovering the world.
