BSO de Dubbeldekker

BSO De Dubbeldekker is located at Buttervliet 2 in Numansdorp, in the same building as IKC De Dubbeldekker. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. Our bright, spacious rooms are specially designed to suit the world of experience of this age group. We have a beautiful room with a full kitchen, a large play hall and a separate 9+ room where older children can chill, play games, do homework or just chat. The children are allowed to help decide on the layout and use of this space, so it really becomes their own. Outside there is plenty of room to move and explore. We have our own outdoor playground with climbing frames, a sandpit and sports and play equipment. When the weather is nice we love to sit outside; when it rains we use the covered bicycle shed and the hall to stay active. Our pedagogical staff are ready every day with a healthy dose of positive energy. We believe it is important that children enjoy coming to the after-school care and feel at home quickly. There is a cosy, homely atmosphere in which children can play freely or take part in activities that match their age, talents and interests. We organise cooking workshops, craft projects and sports and games afternoons. The children actively help decide on the range of activities, so it always stays in line with what they enjoy. BSO De Dubbeldekker operates on all school days from Monday to Friday. We are open before school (before-school care), after school (after-school care), during study days and during school holidays. This provides parents with flexible childcare that fits their working hours and gives children a familiar place where they can relax and develop.
