Kids Lodge Houten Lange Schaft 1

We are Kids Lodge Het Zonnetje Houten, located at Lange Schaft 1 in Houten. Since 2023 we have been part of the Kids Lodge group, carrying forward decades of childcare experience under a trusted new name. Our site is set up exclusively as after-school care (BSO) for children aged 4 to 7. We run four horizontal groups so that every child can play, explore and unwind after school in a safe, age-appropriate environment. Older children, from 7 to 12 years, are welcomed at our separate location: the Jeugdhonk. This split allows us to tailor activities to each age group. Our pedagogical staff greet the children every afternoon, offer homework support and organise engaging activities. We encourage children to share their own ideas and to try new things together with friends. The site is within walking distance of shopping centre Het Rond and several primary schools, making drop-off and pick-up easy for parents. We work closely with local schools to ensure a smooth transition from classroom to after-school care. Our aim is to provide a place where children feel at home and where parents can leave them with complete peace of mind.
