Kids2b Bedum

Welcome to Kids2b Bedum, our daycare centre located at De Vlijt 18 in the heart of Bedum. For over 25 years we have been offering a safe second home to children from 0 to 4 years old. With room for 48 children we work in clear age groups so that every child receives the attention they deserve. Everything we do is built on trust, warmth and development. Our experienced pedagogical staff follow the natural rhythms of your baby or toddler and provide calm, regularity and familiarity. Each day we consciously focus on language development: from reading aloud and singing to encouraging first words. Movement is also central; even in the rain we go outside, because fresh air and playing in our secure garden make children strong and resilient. Our interior feels homely and cosy. We work according to the concept ‘Naturally at Home’, in which colour, light and natural materials set the tone. In this way your child experiences an environment that is both challenging and secure. There is plenty of room for quiet moments, but also for exploring, building and playing together. The group structure is horizontal, so babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers can sleep, play and eat separately according to their own needs and pace.
