Welcome to Kideo Assen B.V., a warm and cozy daycare center located at Mr. P.J. Troelstralaan 1B in Assen. We provide care for up to 58 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our location has been registered in the National Childcare Register since January 1, 2010 under number 587093845. At Kideo we work with horizontal groups, where children are divided into age groups such as 0-1 years, 1-2 years, 2-3 years and 3-4 years. Children start and end their day in their own base group, but can visit other spaces during the day for activities like dancing and creative expression. During quiet moments, there is also the possibility of vertical care where children aged 0-4 play together. Our pedagogical policy is based on Emmi Pikler's vision. We have permanent staff members in each group, even our substitutes come from a fixed pool so that children always see familiar faces. We believe it's important that children feel safe and at home with us. We provide organic healthy food and work with a parent portal so that parents stay informed about their child's development. For the transition to the next group, we look not only at age but also at the individual child's development, always accompanied by a festive transition ritual. Our location offers all the facilities that young children need, including sleeping areas, a safe play environment and professional care.
