Kiboekoe

Welcome to Kiboekoe Daycare, located on our dairy farm at Duiselseweg 2b in Knegsel. We provide daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years in a unique agricultural setting where space, nature and animals are central to our approach. Our facility features three core groups: De Kiepkes (0-4 years), De Kelfkes (0-4 years) and De Schoapkes (2-4 years), operating with vertical grouping. We maintain a clear daily schedule with familiar routines and provide daily fruit to the children. Babies are cared for according to their individual daily rhythm, with plenty of interaction during care moments. We implement the VVE program Uk and Puk, focusing on language, mathematics, motor skills and social-emotional development. Our pedagogical staff consciously use care moments for interaction with babies and stimulate toddlers during creative activities such as drawing, cutting and pasting. Separate sleeping areas are available and we utilize outdoor cribs for outdoor sleeping. Children go outside daily to play in our spacious, enclosed outdoor play area connected to the group rooms. Additionally, we have a sheltered play area in our farm's barn. Our unique location offers children the opportunity to grow up among animals and nature, while we work on their personal and social competencies in a familiar environment. We are open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM throughout the year (except on official holidays). Our small-scale organization ensures short communication lines and personal attention for every child.
