Kempke

Welcome to Kempke, our toddler care facility located at Belemnieterf 10 in Heerlen-Noord. We provide preschool education for children aged 2 to 4 years in a safe and stimulating environment. Our location is housed within the Mijnspoor public primary school building, allowing for close collaboration and a smooth transition to primary education. Kempke has been officially registered as a daycare facility since May 12, 2012, with a capacity of up to 16 children per day. We work with small groups to ensure each child receives the individual attention they deserve. Our pedagogical staff are specialized in toddler development and use proven methodologies to stimulate children through play-based learning. Our opening hours are flexibly designed to meet parents' needs. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:15 AM to 11:45 AM and from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM. On Wednesday, we offer a morning session from 8:15 AM to 12:15 PM. This setup allows for half-day bookings, perfectly suited to young families' needs. As part of Peuteropvang Heerlen, we follow the principles of preschool education (VE). This means we focus on developing language, numeracy, social skills, and independence. Our activities are tailored to toddlers' experiences and stimulate curiosity and exploration. We believe in learning through play and offer daily development-focused activities.
