KinderRijk Kinderdagopvang Alsemlaan

KinderRijk Daycare Alsemlaan is located in the Westwijk district of Amstelveen-Zuid. We provide care for up to 64 children aged 0 to 4. Our two daycare groups are organised vertically, so babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers learn and play together. Each group opens directly onto a lush green garden that offers new discoveries every season. Indoors you will find a sensory corner and a small theatre where children can play freely or withdraw for some quiet time. Our dedicated team of pedagogical staff organise a wide range of activities tailored to the world of young children. We sing, read aloud, craft and regularly take short trips to Het Zonnehuis, the nursing home right next door. Together with the residents we put on little performances or create something beautiful. These encounters support the children’s social and emotional development. We provide a safe and familiar environment in which every child is given space to develop at their own pace. There is plenty of focus on language stimulation and we follow the guidelines for early childhood education (VVE). There is ample parking around the location and we are easily reached by public transport.
