Welcome to KDV Zo op Brede School Tholen, located in the heart of the Brede School at Abraham Beeckmanlaan 12 in Tholen. We provide professional childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely and safe environment. With horizontal group structures, we operate four core groups that align with your child's developmental stage. Our baby group 'Ballonnen' (0-1.5 years) focuses on rest, regularity, and following your child's natural rhythm. Dedicated pedagogical staff create a familiar environment where home routines are continued. The space offers ample opportunities for free movement, from lying to walking. In our toddler group 'Dancers' (1.5-2.5 years), the emphasis is on language development and movement. We begin our VVE program 'Ben ik in Beeld' specially developed for daycare centers. Children have plenty of space to explore their physical boundaries within a clear structure. The preschool group 'Flyers' (2.5-3.5 years) prepares your child for primary school through play. We work in small groups on language development, fine motor skills, and concentration. Social development is central: playing together, making friends, and learning to interact with others. For children aged 2-4, we offer the Christian preschool group 'Climbers' using the VVE program 'Bas in de Klas'. Daily Bible readings and singing psalms and songs that connect with children's experiences. Our location features bright, cheerfully decorated spaces with modern play materials. The large, natural outdoor area invites play and discovery. We go outside every day, with a wagon and electric cargo bike for trips in the surroundings. Unique are our four outdoor beds where children can sleep wonderfully in fresh outdoor air - proven beneficial for better sleep and stronger immunity. As a parent, you decide whether your child may sleep outside. We work closely with parents and follow each child's individual development. Through our VVE programs, we contribute to optimal development and a smooth transition to primary school.
