Wasko Henri Dunant PSG

Welcome to Wasko PSG Henri Dunant, our daycare centre located at Kerkstraat 15 in Sliedrecht. We are situated on the ground floor of primary school OBS Henri Dunant, right in the heart of the neighbourhood. From the age of 2, we invite your toddler to explore the world through play. We work with small, same-age groups so every child receives the attention they deserve. Our space is arranged around familiar themes that continually offer new stimuli: from a craft corner where little hands can get busy to a reading nook with picture books that stimulate language. Outside, we have a safe, green playground where children can run, build sandcastles and discover how nature changes with the seasons. PSG Henri Dunant is an official Early Childhood Education (VE) site. This means we pay extra attention to language development and identify any delays at an early stage. Our pedagogical staff follow a proven programme that playfully practises vocabulary, sounds and story structures. We work closely with the teachers of OBS Henri Dunant, making the step from daycare to primary school feel small and familiar for your child. Parents stay informed of all adventures through the Wasko Parent App. You receive photos, short reports and practical information, so you can catch a glimpse of the fun even during work hours. Our care hours are flexible: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 11:45. For children with a VE indication we offer extended hours: Monday and Tuesday from 08:30 to 13:15. We accommodate a maximum of 29 children at a time, divided into two horizontal groups, ensuring every child feels safe and seen.
